Smart Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to house cleaning, office cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other related services.
All services are performed by trained cleaning professionals and scheduled either online or through direct communication with our team.

2. Booking & Scheduling
• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking form.
• Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text.
• Prices are based on the information provided during booking. Final quotes may vary depending on the property’s condition, square footage, or requested add-ons.
• Move-out and custom cleanings are subject to estimate after review.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.

• Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment, and we will make it right at no additional cost.

6. Access to Property
Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.
If our cleaners are unable to access the property due to locked doors, pets, or other reasons, a lock-out fee may apply.

7. Damages & Liability
Our team handles your property with care.
However, Smart Cleaning is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Items not secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to cleaning.
• Normal wear from cleaning (e.g., fading, light scratches).
In case of damage caused by our staff, please report it within 24 hours, and we’ll review and resolve it promptly.

We respect your privacy.
Your personal data (name, phone number, address, etc.) is used solely for service-related communication.
By booking, you consent to receiving service updates via SMS or email.
